Well after a less than successful attempt at running an exercise log (I was feeling lazy at the time...) I decided that I would review the supplements I recently got to see what the affects they had on my work out regime and my muscle mass would be.
First off I would like to say that I am not a massive bloke, I have been lifting weights for a little under a year but have only been doing it with some knowledge since March.
I realise now what my mistakes were in my previous log and have recritified them for this one (no measurements, photos and work out regime updates). So without further ado here is my review for Omega Thunder, CL Glycergrow and Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass.
I have taken this for a while in the past and decided to give myself a few weeks off it in order to prepare for getting ready for this big push in the gym and diet wise. I have seen really good results from it in the past (big pumps, more energy in the gym and an increase in strength).
Controlled Labs Glycergrow
I have never tried this before and am excited about what it will do. I'm unconvinced about the whole NO thing so I thought that I would try it out for myself and see what the fuss was all about. Since Thunder contains a few grams of Glycerol Monostearate I will be taking half dose of Glycergrow due to advice recieved from the Controlled Labs forum.
Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass
First time using a weight gain powder and since I find it hard to get enough calories in during the day (I do a very active physical job) I thought that something along these lines should help me to put some extra weight on which is sorely missing. We will see.
