so whats an example of ur diet
looking huge man, everything looks up to par, only thing thats looks to be falling a bit behind is the chest, oh yeah by the way awesome quads.
Here is what the diet is looking like ....
5 to 6 meals per day
Meal Intake: 40gm of protein / 60gm of carbs
Daily Intake: 200gm of protein / 240gm of carbs
DIET FOODS
Protein
Chicken/Turkey (7oz) 37.5gm
Egg whites 12 eggs 42gm
Tuna 1½ can 45gm
Whey Protein 2 scoops 40gm
Carbohydrates
Potatoes 240gm (weight)
Brown Rice 1½ cups
Shredded Wheat 48 squares
Others
Broccoli
Asparagus
Spinach
Salad (containing a mix of the above ingredients)
Beverages
Water (with Crystal Light) 3 – 4 Liters per day
Diet Coke 1 per day
Coffee (Black with Splenda) 1 per day
Condiments
Ketchup (Sugar under 4gm/tbsp.)
Mustard
Salsa
BBQ sauce
Spices

LOL, can you explain your reasoning? I drank diet coke until 3 days before ALL my shows this year. You cut out enough when you diet no need to cut that out. That is a load of BS.

I was also told that I could drink as much Diet Coke as I wanted during prep. I'm just not a big drinker of the stuff and usually only have 1 or 2 a day.

No way you can get in shape to soon. I hear this all the time and it's BS. I have never been to a show where a guy or girl was too lean. It's simple, get lean as f-k and don't do anything stupid. You will be at your best.
