I’m on a meal plan. 6 meals a day. My problem is... I work 12 hour swing shifts. ( 4 12hr nights/ 3 12hr days / 3 12hr nights/ 4 12hr day. My dilemma is. How do I eat my meals on a shift like this? I’m supposed to eat ever 3 hours.
