LMAO, I'm not sure what you were fully implying there.

But simply due to the fact that those pictures were hilarious, I am going to say that this thread delivers.

    Unhappy Day 4

    Comments:
Today was a Chest and Shoulders day. The workout had some adjustments because my dad wasn’t there to spot me. The gym was empty! Only one other guy in the entire YMCA free-weight room. Normally this would be awesome but the only day I need a spotter (today/chest day) I didn’t have one. I did my first 2 sets without a spotter then asked the guy to just watch the bar and only touch it if I was unable to move it upward any longer. So he goes to spot me and immediately lifts the bar up for me (told him no lift off) then on my first rep helps me out. He holds the bar the entire time pretty much doing the lift for me, so afterwards I said thank you and acted like it didn’t bother me, he shortly left after that. I was the only guy in the gym after my 3rd set, so I decided to lighten the weight to something I knew I could get; because no one was there to lift it if I couldn’t get it (having no spotter on decline when going heavy is scary!). So today wasn’t really a very intense workout at all. The workout lasted only 25 min. because I didn’t need more then 30 sec., between each set (weights weren’t all that heavy). I was really bummed out I couldn’t lift heavy today because the Ragnarok had worked its magic already. I was energized, focused and ready to tear up the weights! Ragnarok seemed to be working really good today it kicked in, in about 15 min. and I was extremely focused throughout the entire workout. Tomorrow is an off day and Tuesday I will be doing Back, Trapz; I’m looking forward to some HEAVY deadlifts with the ROK! I’ll update the log sometime tomorrow night, any comments/questions are welcome!

Boomer man. I hate it when plans dont go well. I havent started lifting as heavy to where I need a spotter as I do mid weights/high reps. Hope your next one goes better as a bad workout can knock you off your routine feel.

That would set me off. Chest day I typically use Hammer Strength equiptment so i can push myself and not kill myself if I go to heavy.

Nice start to the log Amino89! I'm only into my second day of it, I have a quick question to you:

Have you felt any parathesia effects from this product so far? If you're not familiar, parathesia is known as the 'beta-alanine tingle,' an effect similar in feeling to a niacin flush, or having your body fall asleep . Also, any past experience in beta-alanine/carnosine products (if so, did you feel the parathesia effect then)?

Sorry if I missed you listing it somewhere in the log, I have been going through the log fairly quickly; it's entirely possible that I just skipped over it.
    I remember being relevant.

I have felt some mild parathesia from the product but more from the bulk beta-alanine I'm currently on (dosing 1.6g. x 4 daily). I have been on BA for a month and half (2mo on the 4th). I absolutely love the feeling of parathesia, for some reason, it feels good to me; I know some people hate the feeling. About 45 days on BA and I'm still feeling the parathesia I've read that the feeling should of subsided by now in some people but it is still occurring with me. Have you felt any parathesia from the BA in Ragnarok?

The parathesia I get off of our new Carnage product is some of the worst I've felt. 2250mg feels like 4-5 grams of powder. This is due to the delivery.

    Good Stuff!

    Day 5

    Comments:
Ragnarok™ + school = success! Today the ROK was really kicking in good. I felt focused and full of energy for about 5hrs. There was no crash or anything, the energy just started to level out back to normal and couldn’t really feel the kick anymore. But still 5hrs., of pure energy is awesome! After the 40 days I’ll probably cycle off stimulants for a month and then pick up another batch of ROK this stuff is AMAZING! I am looking forward to tomorrows workout and I am excited for the next dose of ROK! I’ll update sometime tomorrow after my Back, Trapz workout. Any comments/questions are welcome!

Note: One scoop of Ragnarok™ after breakfast about 25 min. before school.

    Meal 1
7 eggs (2whole/5white), oatmeal, banana, OJ
    Meal 2
ľ lb. Lean beef, granola bar, apple
    Meal 3
Deli Chicken breast sandwich on whole grain, granola bar
    Meal 4
One scoop of ON 100% Whey w/milk and oats
    Meal 5
    Tuna, brown rice, orange
    Meal 6
    Chicken breast, brown rice, yam
    Meal 7
One scoop of ON 100% Whey w/milk and oats
    Meal 8
    Yogurt, carrots, almonds
    Meal 9 (Pre-bed)
1 scoop Ultra Peptide, 1 scoop ON 100% Whey w/milk

I'm not sure how it CAN but it DOES. Half life of Caffeine is what 4hours? The focus factor lasted 5hrs. as well as energy. It's not like I was jumping out of my seat the whole 5hrs. of course it slowly dissapated, in terms of intensity. But I do know for SURE that I had a definite increase an energy all the way up to lunch time [ 7am (took dose) to noon (lunch) ]. If you read my info you would see I haven't used stims in a while and the effects are very notable when you cycle off of stims and get back into them. Take a dose of ROK and see for yourself, it truly does last about 5hrs. if your not in the gym to release some of the energy. Does that explain it enough for you?

Hmmm, initially didn't see the caffeine in there.

LOL, speaking of coming back on stimulants, I drank 1/10th of a can of coca cola last night at 9:00 p.m. and couldn't sleep until 8:00 the next morning.

That's actually impossible to drink it tonight and claim you couldn't sleep the next morning. No need for sarcasm, lets keep the log about the product. I'm giving honest opinions on how the product effects ME, everyone will react different, you cannot comment if you have not tried it.

How is what happened to me impossible?

I don't believe there was any sarcasm about my post at all

I'm giving honest opinions on how the product effects ME,

........that's nice, I'm sure I've figured that out by now

Obviously I cannot comment if I have not tried it. However I don't even think I was commenting on the product when I refered to "coca cola".
    Have a good day
