You need to know what your calorie intake is, and then eat less that that to lose weight. There are stickies in the top of this forum and the nutrition section you should read to calculate TDEE etc.

Exercise has many health benefits, and you should absolutely continue, but if you want to lose fat, you will have to get nutrition in check.

****totypes don't exist (in a bodybuilding sense), they are a debunked psychological theory.

If you aren't losing weight, you are eating too much.

Working out burns a small amount of calories overall. Fat loss is all about diet. Start by cutting out processed foods like bread, non diet soda, fast food, etc. you’ll lose fairly quickly. When you stop losing youlll need to start counting calories or before that if possible. You need to take in fewer calories than you burn on a weekly basis
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

Focus on consuming less than what you burn. It'll help by consuming less calorie dense foods and eating wholesome and nutritious foods. If you need a place to start, then the nutrition section would be a great place for guidance.
