    chicken breast cooked vs raw?

    Is there a signficant nutriational difference between buying a skinfree raw chicken breast and cooking it myself at home and buying a roast chicken (not stuffed), and removing the skin and bones from the breast. Will the roast chicken breast have more fat?

    I don't think it would be much to write home about.....if time is an issue than buy the roasted chicken..........if u have the time I personally would cook it myself
