i am bulkin and bulkin just fine im just wondering how long it takes for the calories to show their effects in ur wieght. i no it depends on metabolism but a normal metabolism how long would it take

I don't know if I fully understand the question but i'll give it a go....I think your asking bascially how long would it take for you to gain a pound.
So lets lets just say you take 500 cals over maintenece for a week, you should gain 1lb in that week since 3500 cals = 1 lb.
If you eat something the nutritients from it goes to work right away.You don't understand, I have e-surance

no not fully digest. Im not sure how long digestion takes but im sure a couple hours would do the trick. The reason it takes a week is because each day u have a certain amount of calories u burn off and a certain amount u take in, so its kinda like leftover calories that add up and make that 1 pound the next week(that is if u eat more then u burn, would be then other way around if u were trying to lose the 1 pound).
