Would you be able to tell me how much protein an average apple or banana has in them or any other fruits? What things other than meat can you have that is packed with protein?
Don't even bother with fruit and how much protein it has. Its so insignificant it wont really make a different in your total protein consumption, that is unless you have like 100 fruits a day i would say. Things that have protein in them other than meats id say is protein shakes/bars, nuts/peanut butter, milk/egg whites, and some whole grain things have a decent amount of protein in them such as wheat bread,bagels pasta etc.
