Hey everyone,
I have been out of the mix for sometime now, but looking to start up my old routine and get back in to some decent shape! I just moved to the Caribbean, and brought with me whatever I could get my hands on before I left. My workouts usually focus on boxing (mitts, bag, sparring) and some basic weight training, in the 8-10 rep range.
I haven't been up to date on all of the latest supps info, so I figured that I'd turn to the pro's for some help!
Ok, On to what I have with me!
-1 tub of White Flood Powder
-1 tub of Body Octane (Use to swear by this stuff, although it ran right through me!)
-1 Bottle of Prolab Beta Alanine Extreme (800mg Beta Alanine, 75mg L-Histidine) - It was the only BA I could get my hands on before I left
-1 Large tub of AST Micronized Creatine
-1 small 30 servings bottle of Olympian Labs A-AKG Powder (3g AAKG per serving)
If anyone has any suggested ways in which I could maximize my supplement stash and results, I would be very appreciative!
