Day 41 - 9th January 2007
Hey! Feeling a lot better this morning...headache is gone and my energy levels are a little better...I am glad I took the day off yesterday...recharged the old batteries..lol. Well, today up on the menu is a WO then I am allowed to have a bit of a refeed!!! No wonder I am feeling better!
Weighed in this morning at 131# so that is getting down there!! I am happy to see the numbers still sliding down (slowly but surely) and I can tell I have dropped some more bodyfat as I am feeling a lot leaner....I am seeing more definition in my shoulders, back, legs and my abs are coming down (I have quite a bit of fat to lose of my abs).
The lady whom I am getting my suit made up by, well, she is a judge in many comps and she has been competing for 10+ years. Very professional lady. I had to send quiet a few pics of myself to her so she can make up the suit and she asked me if she could give me some tips on my posing. Well, people pay a heap of money for her to critique so of course I said yes....she helped me out tremendously, so I got up bright and early this morning and practiced! She gave me some good positive comments too though and said that my calves were looking great and that my small waist is really going to help me come comp time.

Hey! It's a complete rest day for me today. I am enjoying the time this morning to chill before work later. I will practice some posing later though. Feeling very sore from yesterday's WO which is a nice feeling on a rest day!

Day 44 - 12th January 2007
Rest day for me today, although I did have a posing session with my PT this morning. It went well. She said my posing is coming along very nicely. We also worked on my routine for the first time! Very exciting!!!
I start a new cycle of my cutting program on Sunday. So no weights till then. I will be doing some stretching and having a sauna today for recovery.
Things are progressing well and I am dropping fat...although, now that I am 11 weeks out tomorrow, things will be getting very strict...I am allowed a cheat meal tomorrow though, so I will take it and be ready for Sunday to strip the fat!

Day 46 - 14th January 2007
Hey! Just got back from my WO. It definitely was a tough one!!! I was a sweaty/red-faced mess afterwards.
Last night was a late one....we ended up going out to a local fav restaurant and meeting up with Roger's sister and fiance for dinner, then we all went and saw the movie "Apocalypto"...very intense...very violent, but well done! I had a nice meal. I opted for a gourmet wood fired pizza. A chicken breast one with feta, pumpkin & salad greens...it was a very thin base with only feta for the cheese, so it was pretty healthy and wasnt' greasy at all. I then had a few bites of Roger's chocolate beetroot cake, and had a skinny latte in the movie theatre with about 5 m&ms.

Had a good workout...it was so hard, and it was extremely hard to get home....we caught a tram most of the way home but had to walk a bit...it was little steps at a time!

I have taken measurements and pictures!!! I have updated in myspace. Weight is now down from 132# to 130.5# Body fat is coming down slowly but surely...I think I am at about 16% now. I do really want some more mass on my legs (quads) but for this comp, it will have to do, but that will be my focus next bulk cycle!

Day 53 - 21st January 2007
Hey!! Well, I have had such a busy day!!! But I am happy that I have accomplished it all. I have an hour or so before we go to the tennis match....we are seeing Federer play!
I have been feeling very overwhelmed today....bawled my eyes out this morning (I felt better once I had though) and also couldn't stop crying in between sets at the gym....it's PMS time and that with strict dieting/training can take it's toll. I have found it most challenging today. There was a split second in my WO this afternoon, that I almost gave up....but I didn't, I finished and feel good for all that I have done so far! Roger, my boyfriend has been so good....a real support...consoling me and encouraging me and doing it all with me...he is a rock!!
