My stats
I initialy started my training to get fit late last year when I was 107Kg (235lb)and about 40%bf This was way over my normal weight and im quite ashamed i let myself get to that stage. Its strange when you have it you dont think its that bad, until you get pics done. then the realization hits you! Most of the time i just put it down to : Ive always been a fairly stocky person or being big boned.
I am Now
Age 39
Weight 88Kg (194lb)
Tanita says 26%bf
Definatly still a work in progress
Goals: Too Loss Bodyfat and to tone up hoping to get to 12%bf
and to have a good general strength and fitness level.
Diet: Definatly still allitle confused about how much and what to eat, but I think im getting there. I havn't lost any fat for awhile so i need to do something.
Activity: Apart from Gym, Not a great deal, I sit around alot all day,
Ive been going for runs laetly which has been good.but some say you will loose muscle doing it.
My Program etm is
Mon Chest/Tri's
Tue Back/Bi's
Wed Rest Or Cardio
Thur Quads/Hams
Frid Shoulders/Calves/Abs
Sat Rest
Sun Rest
The last few weeks my program has been allitle strange as i whent rockclimbing and that has put my program out of wack alittle.
Please Feel free to make suggestions and comments.
I will post todays workout so we can get started.

Yea thanks mate , even though its getting up there in weight, i wasn't too impressed with myself, as last week i did the same weight for 10 reps its close though, I think its cause this week my sleeping times havnt been that good and i was probably still recoveing from the deadlifts earlier in the week,
Though i was quite impressed with the legpress i felt not real strong going into them after the regular deadlifts but as i did more reps i felt better
and made a personal best.
Lunges felt alitle easier, I want to get these happening, damn hard work though. My Journal

I think this week I can be happy about bringing more deadlifting into the program, though i think it taxed my system pretty hard.
Next week im going to try working out with another bloke.
ive done it before but its was plagued with problems and in the end it was not worth it for all the hassle it caused... meeting up on time etc etc.
see what happens.My Journal

Todays walk was great whent walking around kincumber in nsw and up the kincumber mountain, I havn't been bushwalking for ages. The cecaders were extreamly noisy deafening actualy, weather was good had a nice breeze,
sun was hot, so all up was real good.
Decided a 3hr walk wasn't enough lol
So I decided to find a gym while I am up here, friday is my shoulder day anyways so i headed off to the local gym.
I was happy with my workout, Topped the day off nicely:-)My Journal

Mate... your a lot stronger than you think!! 140 x 10 on free squats is very respectable! And the weight your using on your bench and deadlifts is nothing to sneeze at either. I don't have much on you in the strength department to be honest

Thanks dude
I think theres always room for improvement
Ive realy only just started doing deadlifts so i hope to get better on them.
yea i was quite pleased about that session doing free squats, though they were just to parralel.
Its funny i was aiming for atleast 6 as it was a new weight but ended up pushing myself to 10, eheh i think you dont realize how much weight there is until you look and see 6 plates on the bar. I had someone spotting me this time so i think that helped.
Bench is lagging abit for me but not realy a priorety. My Journal
