If you tall theres no problem with that so dont worry, aslong as your not feeling it in your lower back and you arnt almost parrallel with the ground ( like your stomach and chest almost touching your thighs, thats a little too far )

    agreed.

I tried upping the weight too much on friday, and my back is making me pay for it. Just swallow your dignity and lower the weight like I didn't do...

its fine to lean forward a bit. i think that not leaning forward would be improper technique.

Some people just have alot of trouble with squats and keeping upright and it is perfectly normal. If you are keeping your back straight don't worry about it. Some top squaters if you watch them there squats look like they're trying to do good mornings at the same time.

Just make sure your back isn't rounding out, otherwise you are risking injury. Try to keep your back as strait as possible, make a conscious effort. Your back will soon gain strength and you will lean forward less.

make sure the bar is sitting on your rear delts...sit back and always look up...If you are squatting in flat shoes get a shoe with a heel such as work boots..Dont lean too far forward..It takes time to master the balance, just trust yourself when you squa and dont try to compensate too much when it feels like you are going backwards..

I agree with alot of what the people above have posted, but you might also have flexibility issues that need to be addressed.

Or your squatting to deep, which is controversal cause alot of people on here are ass to grass fanatics.

Hard to tell you when i haven't seen you squat.
