I was all year round quit in good shape so it did not take long to be ready for this contest. But I hate competition it is why I did only 13 contests in my all life.

How long out before a show did you start cranking in the abs exercises lol ?

If one person were to say they did abs year round you'd be the one i believed but um just in case howlong before a show did you start taking abs seriously?

Why is it hard to believe a 68 year old former pro would post here? I am sure he still works out very regularly but has alot more time to chat and offer advice. If Ronnie or Jay started posting on these boards everyday that would be a different story. Especially considering Jay responds to around 6 or 700 emails personally everday.

I used to do abs every single day al year around. I acted but never modelled, I did 25 movies, MY SON THE HERO, if my english is good, GOLIATH AND THE BLACK HERCULE ......

You are right, when I was still competing, I did not have time to discuss on the web, even if I wanted this kind of communication was not existing. But now I want to help young kids to become a god and heathing body-builder, but I realize that I have the wrong address.
