Ab bags...

Hi guys, Im looking to purchase those bags that you hang from a pull up bar...that you put your arms in, and hang from...to do ab exercises...Im trying to find some on the internet, but dont know what they are properly named so I can do a search for them! Can someone clue me in? I am totally new to this....
Also, I have heard they are good - but what makes them better than using the roman chair, for example? Thanks in advance!! Jaime
