    Unhappy Do people have to just deal with protein poo?

    I was just wondering if anyone had this same problem. Whenever I have my protein shake after I workout really hard, I usually have a massive **** about an hour later. The stuff goes right through me and comes out like a freaking ass explosion. Sometimes I actually have to drop whatever I am doing and literally sprint to the restroom. Do you guys ever experience anything like this? If not, how do you prevent it?

    eat more solid foods. Eat more starches like rice, potatoes, corn, whole grain bread, etc.

    fiber makes you poo more easily....but yes you should get adequate amounts in your diet.

    yeah everytime i poo its either 1.5 feet long or it clogs the entire bottom with a huge mass of crap. My best friend doesn't let me crap at his house because everytime i do it clogs his toilet... you get used to it...

    I don't take any protein shakes, but this is the main reason I eat a salad: fiber.
