how do guys in jail get so big? like all they do is lift weights so wouldnt they just be overtraining?

Juice is easy to get, the big guys usually are eatin the little guys food, and they sleep upwards up 12-14 hours a day.

Several threads on this already, but...

Some prisons have weights, and even the ones which don't, prisoners can do endless bodyweight exercises.

Some prisons also allow you to buy protein, vitamins and supplements aswell as foods rich in protein such as tuna pouches with the little amount of money you make from working laundry (along with other jobs) and money family & friends send you.
