    Thumbs up Getting Bigger!!!!

    Ive been lifting weights for one year now.I was184lbs when I started,now i am 164lbs.My body fat went from 24% to 16%.Now i would like to gain all the weight I lost 20lbs back,but in lean muscle weight.I am currently working out one body part per day and supplementing with Optimum Whey protein........Could someone give me advice on a routine that will increase my muscle size???............ I hear creatine will increase body weight and muscle size....Is this true?...and if so,what type of creatine?(brand name)

    Stop using whey protien bro. You wont put mass on with that, unless you are drinking it like water... lol.
    Switch to a protein weight gainer so you can get the extra and clean carbs you need to grow.

    Creatine will work, and you dont need to buy the expensive brand names.... cause you are just paying for their high priced ad campaign. You can find some good deals on the "no name brands" (1/2 the price) which will be 95% as effective as the big name brands.

    I've put on 7lbs of muscle since using Whey Protien,and thats in a period of only 3 months!

    It may have only 17grams of P per serving,but it all adds nicely at the end of the day with maybe 1 more shake...

    one thing guys don't understand not everyone is alike. I for instance don't use a so-called sugar weight gainer, it puts on too much fat. as you age the matabolism slow and fat is stored easier. I was using the old Metrx mrp for this purpose and it worked rather well. lately I have been mixing my own stuff. as for a routine there are a million out there to use just start looking for one. try cats program or go to t-mag and use one designed by Iam King his are excellent mass builders.

    build mass

    I am almost 39yrs old and I competed at 155lbs,and I beleive if I can gain 20lbs of muscle I will blow away the competition.please recomend work out and suplements.thank you for your input.
