what can i do on wednesday? i start to miss the gym haha
monday: chest, tris, neck, then hang clean, snatch
tuesday: biceps, all legs (like 4-5 exercises), back
wednesday: ???
thurs: same as monday (diff workouts)
friday: same as tues (diff things)
this is all part of a football workout
my question is, what can i do besides run on wednesday?

I would eat a pretty good consumption of food on your day off. Because football training is pretty rough. Just try to eat a lot so your body will recover properly. Eat at least every 2-3 hours if you can.
