I always rep back!
To max on reps giving, it's always better to rep the higher guy / girl with the higher reps and in return you benefit more to the lower guy

Today i grappled with a kid who's been out of it for over 6 months but has been training for the past 4 years, and has been smoking and eating fast food for the past half a year, and I only started training almost 2 months ago, and I'm in excellent shape. He submitted me 3 times over the course of 5 minutes.

trust me, it's so much easier to quit. but people with experience often only have that 2nd option because they know what it takes to win. the other night i did 12 minutes straight of flat out punching/uppercuts/hooks, normal rounds, and grappling with no break. halfway thru i was like oh god **** this **** is hard... but then i thought of my opponent who could be training harder and got a second wind and ended up finishing strong. if you can unlock your potential you can go so much further.Last edited by hittman; 11-16-2006 at 06:08 PM.
