    fat in the shoulder/upper arm area..

    after taking a month off, and getting ready to come back to my workout, i started reviewing my routines, and body! so i noticed that when relaxed my upper arm/shoulder have some fat that covers the delts and the tris.. it is there before even i started working out, so should i try doing cardio to get rid of the extra fat there? or just workout as usual ?

    if it helps my BF% is 11-13%.. thanks

    oh, i know that.. i was asking if this will affect my future gains, like will tris/delts be hidden under this fat?

    it wont effect your gains, but it will mask your tri and delt separation.(your arms wont look so cut)

    so the best thing to do,is to try gaining muscle first, then cutting to get rid of it?

    So your saying you can't say isolate the shoulders with lateral raise or front raise or something to burn the fat in the deltoids region?
