after taking a month off, and getting ready to come back to my workout, i started reviewing my routines, and body! so i noticed that when relaxed my upper arm/shoulder have some fat that covers the delts and the tris.. it is there before even i started working out, so should i try doing cardio to get rid of the extra fat there? or just workout as usual ?
if it helps my BF% is 11-13%.. thanks
