    Putting PE to the Test

    Hi, im 18, 6'2, 180, and about a 8ish/10 on looks. I also have a small dick. It just doesnt look right on my body. Not to mention it kills my confidence. So after much navigating over the internet for a solution(sounds as sad as it was), I actually discovered one; http://www.thundersplace.org/forum/index.php?
    Apparantly these dick excercises actually give people larger dicks. I want to see if this works for me.

    To begin working out my dick ill be using workout plan known as the newbie routine;
    The Newbie Routine

    1. 5 minutes hot wrap
    2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
    3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
    4. 5 minutes hot wrap
    5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

    Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

    Information on the excercises can be found at thundersplace.

    Ill include any adjustments or gains or general changes in my dick or excercises in this journal.

    I hope this will help me, and anyone who follows the journal, particularly the ones who have cursed genes.

    For the record, im generally lazy, and not very determined, so to stick to this is quite a personal challenge.

    Any questions or suggestions are welcome.

    And my starting measurements are;
    Length: 5.1"
    Girth: 4"
    Short term goal;
    L:5.6" G: 4.4"
    Long term goal;
    L: 6.1"' G: 5"

    Todays workout lasted 29minutes. I think my jelqs were each a bit shorter than the plans 3seconds (were about 2.5ish). Secondly, I could only hold the last 10 of my 50 kegels for 3ish seconds. Overall not a bad second day.

    Week 1 continues...

    So I had a good day of rest, Got right back at it today(2hours ago)... Workout lasted 27 minutes this time, im becoming more effiecient using the time between excercises. This time i didn't slack on the kegels, I slow counted the 5seconds for each one.

    Oh, and for anyone who might find this journal interesting.. I dont get much privacy in my house until everyone is asleep, so my workouts are generally done between 1130pm-1am so if are done on the next day, I still count them as being on the previous day. oldmanisdead days start at 8am.

    Thus far, even though its only my 4th day on this workout plan, Im pretty sure my flaccid dick hangs longer just in general. I think it was all the streching.

    Week 1 ...nearly fails.

    So I got home from the bar last night 'round 130am...then remembered about the PE excercises! so last nights workout turned into a half-drunken routine. Lasted a solid 30 minutes though, and im fairly sure I had the technique and all down pat despite the booze.

    Next time I should def. try and remember for before I go out.

    Week1 moves on.

    today I did my workout in the morning, which ill be doing from now on. I can use the hot wrap in the shower, and I have privacy in the morning. The workout lasted 40minutes, including a shower. I read some insipration forums yesterday on PE gainers getting anywhere from 2"-4" in length. im going to adjust my schedual slightly to what they were doing. Essentially, longer focused strokes, not stretching too hard, and getting minimal rest days (0-2).

    Thus next week I will be doing 3days on 1day off. I will also slightly increase the repsof each excercise. ill decide that tomorrow. good day all.

    Week 1 ends!

    So today was my last workout for the week. Last 30minutes, im focusing now more on the length and quality of each jelq. stretching has become less of a 'pull my dick off' routine and more of a light pulling force. The hot wraps are my only thing im worried about technique wise, the wrap gets warm within like 20-30seconds and I have to re-soak it. the re-soaking takes like 10seconds.. so im not sure if this is a problem, just in case next week ill be using two towels so to eliminate the 10second re-soaking time.

    Im glad that ive got the technique and routine down solid. Ill take my measurements tomorrow(which I doubt have changed yet). Next week I will be increasing to
    -12 30-second streches (N-E-S-W).
    -increasing 25 jelqs to 225jelqs 3-second jelqs.
    -increasing to 60 5-second kegels.
    -I will also be switching to a 3day on 1 day off; tomorrow being my first day off.

    Apparantly it was good work!! I measured this morning and got 5.25" length and 41 girth. I figured I was just somehow extra-arroused....so I waited 5minutes then re-measured. 5.25" length and 4"1-4'"15 girth. Although these arn't substancial results, im extremely happy as most people dont see anything until after the first 2 weeks. Talk about P-U-M-P-E-D.

    Week 2 Commences!

    So 16 years ago, I was suppose to have a routine procedure done on my dick(like 99% success rate), but somehow the doctor ****ed it up and blew multiple holes(counted 11) in my cock. I was not expected to make a full recovery. However, I showed those mother ****as. all developed and lookin fine, just a bit small. I was a 'miracle'. Anyways, this is part of my inspiration.


    So I was back at it today, I attempted switching my grip through the jelqing exercises, it was a cool switchup, im going to be doing half overhand hand underhand grip from now on. Apparantly this method is more effective. The sixty kegels feels like benching 30pounds, its too easy. Im going to research if I should increase the reps to over 60, or increase the duration to over 5seconds, or a combination. Todays workout lasted a record 34 minutes.

    Week 2 marches on..

    The workouts are getting massively longer. someting hopefully my dick will share a correlation with. hehe. So todays workout last 37minutes. Luckly, I have enough time to put in 5-10hours a week if needed. So I should be fine n the future. I did 50jelqs within my 225jelqs total in overhand grip today. I did 60 reps of 6-sec kegels today. rather than 5-second. I also only waited about 1second between each kegel. I now find they are more challenging again. im debating slightly altering my diet, apparantly ginsenq helps with dick growth. Im going to research more and get back to that.

    Week 2 Privacy Issues

    So im finding it very difficult to do my PE on weekends. I either have to get lucky and find a good 45minutes+ when noone is home, or wait till after 1am. Yesterday I ended up waiting until past 1am.

    So my workout last night was good, ive got into the habit of using a watch rather than my head to count time intervals. I noticed when I was using my head things were a bit shorter and easier. Yesterday I could only do ~45 6-second kegels, and had to do wirth 4-5second kegels for the last 10reps. So good tip if your thinking about starting, use a watch. Yesterday my workout was 37 minutes.

    Week 2 More Issues

    I needed a tissue for this issue, I got a little zit or pimple or blister of some sort at the base of my dick. Im assuming it was from the PE(hopefully not genitial herpes:O) seeing how ive never got one until now. Anyways, with a little knifing I got the bastard.

    5min hot wrap
    4 x 3 manual stretches (N-E-S-W)
    225 wet jelqs
    5min hot wrap
    60 5-second kegels.

    It was a good workout. Vaseline is the greatest.

    Week 2 Wraps up!

    So I tried doing my routine in the morning per usual, when the house is empty, quiet, and I have privacy... however today was different-- halfway through my stretches however my sister decided to come home, and running through the house. I bolted rom my room into the shower and all was fine.

    So I was forced to do my routine at night, 10minutes ago. It went great, it was my best workout ever, I feel confident im doing everything correctly. and I am noticing my erections to be much harder and easier to achieve(although this wasnt a problem to begin). not to mention my floppy seems to be a solid .25-.5 inches longer on average. (I should have measured this when I started, but I will include it in tomorrows measurements.)
    so today was;

    5minute hotwrap
    8-9 manual stretches
    huge break
    5minute hotwrap
    12 manual stretches (NESW)
    225 wet jelqs.
    5minute hot wrap
    60 5-second kegels (~1.5 second intervals)
    Took me about 43-45minutes.

    Also, in my summary tomorrow I will be including a time log including how much time ive invvested in PE. this should be useful for people interested in how much time and effort PE will take.

    Week 3 -- maybe ill gain 0.3" :O

    So tdays workout went per usual. Took 38minutes. Seeing how im enjoying this PE/Log im going to make my summaries more in-detail so this can be a more useful log. ill summarize the first 2 weeks in my new format.

    Oct18/2006

    Average time/day PE'ing: 22.3 minutes.

    Im not going to lie, creeping up on the average penis size is actually giving me a confidence boost. it feels great. I cant believe I gained .2" x 1.25" x .4" in 7days.

    Anyways, next weeks routine ill be the following:

    12 40-second manual stretches (NESW)
    250 wet jelqs
    5min hot wrap
    55 6-second kegels.
    3Days on/1Day off.

    So today I did my routine as schedueled, except Ill now be doing kegels at night before bed. Itll help me manage my time, as I dont need privacy for kegels. So the workout minus kegels took 38minutes today. On a note, I can seriously feel like blood rushing in my dick on the first few jelqs today. felt a bit akward, but not painful.

    So yah, every ON day will have a extra 6.5minutes added in for pm kegels. I wont post a seperate journal entry for these, and I will calculate them in my weekly summary.
    On a seperate note, I just did the new routine of kegels, the extra second makes it much harder for the last 5-10reps.

    Week 3 cont's

    Did the complete workout today, lasted a bit longer than usual. im finding I get less erect near the end of my jelqs, so im throwing on porn in the middle... take a quick glance and im good. Damn, thats hardcore Penis exercising.

    So yeah, lasted a total of 42 minutes today(record time I believe).. this hobby is becoming quite time consuming. I sure hope it yields similar results as it has so far. This is unlikely though. im experiencing 'noobie gains' which are common for a newbie. Hitting the plateau will be tough.

    Also, im changing my long term goal from 6.1" x 5" to 7" x 5.25". BRING IT.

    Week 3 secrets

    I just finished my kegels. 55 6-second kegels. this is extremely difficult for me, so I feel pumped when ive finished it. I dunno whats the normal strength for this muscle, but I feel my BC muscle is getting pretty jacked. Todays workout was 44 minutes, I did 2second intervals inbetween my kegels.


    Seeing how the internet already knows my deepest secrets, I mine aswell let you guys in on my secret cooldown excercise... I jerk off around 30min-1hour after my PE on most days. I'm going to try researching if this is acceptable. Although ive been gaining so far, so mine as well stick to it.

    Did my regular workout today, another pm session. Schools been tough lately, thus more sleeping in, and less am PE sessions. oh well.

    My workout Lasted a total of 44minutes today, and man do the kegels start to feel good at the last few reps. wo0o0o0o. I will be slightly altering next weeks routine per usual. I will keep my current routine only bumping up my kegels. I feel if im increasing the routine weekly within 2 months ill be doing 2+hrs of PE a day. so 'new' routine;

    5minute hot wrap

    Average time/day PE'ing(for week): ~22.3 minutes.

    Oct25/2006
    5.25" x 4.125" x 3.5"(estimate) flaccid.
    ATD: ~26.7 minutes.

    5.45" x 4.25" x 3.9"(measured incorrectly(after PE session))
    ATD: ~30.29 minutes

    Nov7/2006
    5.525" x 4.3" x 3.5"(not sure if measured correctly)

    Week3 Last routine

    Last routine for week3 today, was a solid 44 minutes.(which I predicted in my ATD ) im kinda pissed I didnt reach my first goal(5.6 x 4.4) this week, I thought I was going to. I might have to put alot of research into a new routine soon, blast!

    Week4 the beginning!

    Todays workout lasted 45 minutes, I think I cheated 1 minute on each hot wrap session..heh. oh well, stand as 45minutes.

    Instead of counting my kegels (which is harder than it seems) Im not going to time my kegels, im just going 6-second hold 2 second break 6 second hold etc, and doing 8minutes (60seconds/8seconds=7.5kegels/minute, 7.5x8min=60). Today I only did 7.5minutes(guessed), and finished off with a 10second hold.


    ALSO: I measured again today(I was still a bit unsure of m last measurements) This time I measured 5.6" x 4.35" , only .05" girth off my first goal!!! The difference was this time I was standing up while measuring and last time was lying flat down on my bed, im not sure if this was the difference, or if I was just extra arroused or something. w00t!

    I will be keeping my previous measurements and try to restrain from measuring more than once a week. Onwards and Outwards!

    So my one day break turned into 2, due to a super-heavy schedule. very uncool. I would try and make up for it by doing a heavy workout today, but... I dont think thats wise. shucks, first day missed.

    Week 4 Back on track

    Man, the worlds working against me, I was just doing my jelqing when my sister kocked on the door and asked for my car keys(had stuff in my car) and I handed them to her through the slightly opened door but I didnt realize my hands were covered in vaseline.....she definitely did. Oh well, besides that little interuption my workout today was good, lasted a longer 48minutes, should have been even longer but im cutting my post-jelqing hotwrap to 3minutes as ive read the hot wrap is used primarly to prevent injury, which is going to be difficult to manage AFTER my jelqing.

    Due to my mistake of taking 2 off days in a row, the next 2 days will be ON days.

    Week 4 update

    Completely 100% normal workout today. 48minutes-- missing a bit of time on the hot wrap again. Overall good stuff though.

    On another note; the head of my dick looks a bit of a darker purple from when I started PE a month ago, that and my erections feel harder.

    Lastly, I tried moving more blood into my penis while jelqing, in between jelqs I have about a .25 second time gap where I kegel lightly to get blood into my dick, then jelq stroke. I do this for 2-3jelqs every 25 jelqs or so, helps keep 75% erection level and I can feel the expansion much more.

    Wow, this week went by ultra fast. anyways, Todays routine was a record 49minutes X_X.

    I found that leaning back while doing my downwards manual stretch and upwards manual stretch really seems to help out.

    measurements tomorrow :O, although it doesnt look or feel any bigger since last week. we'll see. *edit*Apparantly measurements are today (12:02am), but il do them in around 10hours.

    So I officially reached my first goal, less than a month from when I started. Based on observations on thunders, this was as predicted. So great start, but now is the time to buckle down, the gains will be harder and rarer and the journey much more difficult. My next goal is 6.0" x 4.6", im expecting this could take anywhere from 2-6months.

    My routine for this week is as follows;

    5minute hot wrap
    16 40-second manual stretches (NESW)
    275 wet jelqs
    3min hot wrap
    8 minutes of 6second hold/2 second break kegels.
    3Days on/1Day off.

    Today is my day off.

    Additionally, ill be re-measuring on Nov18th, so I can prepare for a monthly tracker. If I keep doing weekly posts for 6months the posts are going to get insanely long.
