I am 6'0" 220 pounds. My friend who is just a smidge taller than me and has the same muscle mass as me is 185lb and is shredded. So I figured I have to get to 190lb to be cut up with abs. I am at about 20.0% body fat (estimated myself) lol. is there anyway i can get down to 190 pounds by mid june? I am very busy with school and attend the gym only 3 times a week so i dont have time for cardio. basically i have to pull this off on diet alone. any tips or plans i can do? my basal metabolic rate is about 2200 calories. I have tried losing weight before but I'd gain it all back in like a matter of days ugh

Will you? Depends how dedicated and how much willpower and restraint you have.
PS: You won't have abs at 190. It'll be closer to 180. Sorry bud.
Identify your TDEE and eat 750 below it (You'll lose 24 lb by then if you do it right).

i get it i was off. changed it to 20%. no need to suck your own [d]ick. 320lb bench 480lb dl and 405lb squat. and arms are actually 17" just do the math yourself. my friend who has the same exact lifts. is the same height. weighs 185lb and is shredded as [f]uck!!!! so obv at 185-190 ill be cut up as ****
