The reason I ask this is because I don't mind swallowing a large amount of horse pills each day (I am used to taking 30+ pills/capsules a day), and I am willing to pay more for a higher quality product.
So based on my preference which would I be best buying, Animal Pak or Now Adam?

I take a multivitamin and hyper H and it give me a good boost for school... Your questoin on those other two products. I am unsure of. Truthfully though i am not too big into popping pills.

vitamin A is chemically the same whether you make it from "natural" ingredientes, or synthetic.

Well, that is my opinion, which is why i recommend it. The science is fuzzy though, I dont have too much time to research every little thing. But another selling point is that they dissolve/absorb better than some multis that are like rocks.
