Just woundering what peoples cardio rountines looked like while cutting>>
Heres mine:
10 weeks out - 4 weekly sessions
30 mins each
8 weeks out - 5 weekly sessions
30 mins each
6 weeks out - 6 weekly sessions
30 mins each
4 weeks out - 6 weekly sessions
45 mins each
3 weeks out - 6 weekly sessions
60 min each
2 weeks out - 10-12 weekly sessions
30 mins in the AM 60 mins in the PM
Normaly my cardio is walking or the bike..i seem to get best results from them, also i might add some sprint sessions in there also normaly 10-15 min sprint sessions.
That stacked with a very clean diet and some good supplements i.e fish oil, green tea, BCSlabs extreme T-diet and e-bomb 2...i get great results and seem to keep nearly all my mass.
