    Thanks Syntrax for the Chance to Try Fyre

    OK, I'm psyched about this supplement. So glad I got chosen. I've come a long way but I have a very long way left to go. I was 189 with lots of fat about 3 years ago. I'm down 3 sizes and 30 pounds so far but still have about 30 pounds to go. I'm 5'7" and 164.

    I was lifting 5 days a week and doing HIIT cardio 2 days a week for about 6 months. Lost lots of inches! But then I hurt my back (herniated disk). I quit working out, got lazy with my eating and gained the inches back over the next 2 or 3 months.

    Now I'm back at it with a full body workout 3 days a week and cardio twice a week. I have a journal on another board. Other supps I take are just the basics - whey protein, multivitamin, fish oil.

    I'll do measurements in the AM and post them. And I guess I'll post some pics here too so we can have before and afters. The stomach still has a very long way to go so don't be too harsh! I'm really hoping this supp will melt away a lot of that stomach fat though! I'll keep everyone posted!

    Today is a cardio day for me. 30 minutes steady state uphill on treadmill.

    Will post the eating plan shortly. I took one Fyre before breakfast this AM. This is my first experience with thermos so I'm easing into it. I also took a multi and 2 fish capsules this morning. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal with dried cranberries and 1% cottage cheese.

    Had to take a job candidate to lunch today. I got blackened salmon, rice pilaf and grilled veggies (carrots, onions, squash). Not bad for having to eat out. PMS is starting to kick in and I'd really like to have something sweet right now. But I WILL NOT give in to the craving!

    Tomorrow's workout plan - all are 5 x 6 and done with dumbbells:

    Reverse lunges - I'll have to see how much I can do on these. I was doing full squats but they bothered my back a bit last time. Have a herniated disk so I have to be very careful.

    Flat bench press - 25#
    Leg press - 90# on each side
    Seated military press - 15#
    Lat Pulldowns - 45#

    I find lunges a lot easier on the back than squatting.. I hope it works out ok

    Well I didn't feel anything different at all from the one capsule I took yesterday. So I will take 1 capsule 3 times today. Took one this AM about half an hour before breakfast. Gave me some heartburn until I got some food in my stomach. I'm fine now though.

    Also started TOM this AM. Hopefully Fyre will give me some much needed energy in the next few days!

    First, today's workout. I'm such a ditz sometimes. The workout that yesterday I said I would do today was my Monday workout. Here's what I did today - all 3 x 10

    Leg press - 90#
    Forward lunge - 1 set at 8, 1 set at 10, one set of 7 at 20#
    Flat db press - 20#
    Seated cable row - 105#
    Incline hammer curls - 8#
    Lying triceps extension - 20#

    Didn't feel quite as strong for my workout - not unusual for TOM. I fell short of my goals on that front today.

    Had a little heartburn with each dose, with and without food. Lots of ice water helped some. Sounds like others have had some stomach trouble with Fyre too. I'm guessing it may subside after a few days.

    Besides that no negative effects. A little warm, but not sure if that's the Fyre or hormones from TOM. My energy is good for TOM! It's pretty amazing that I'm not fast asleep on the couch at this hour the first day of my period. Hope that continues - what a great side effect that would be! Usually my second day is the worst. So we'll see how it goes tomorrow. Tomorrow is also HIIT. Always love that during TOM. :P

    I'll increase to 3 doses of 2 capsules tomorrow. I'll take them with milk - or buy Tums if that doesn't work! Can't tell a difference in my appetite so far.

    I'll post my eating plan for tomorrow shortly.

    Feeling really good this morning. No TOM fatigue at all! Took two Fyres about an hour ago with some milk. No heartburn! So far a really good day.

    Just finished my HIIT and it was a really good one for me - and while I'm TOM! I did 5 min warm up, about 8 min cooldown. 10 min in between I alternated between 5 mph on a 3% incline and 3 mph on a 2% incline. Except the last interval I did one minute at 6 mph and 3.5% incline. Is it the Fyre? I think I could have even done the 6 mph for all of the more intense intervals. Think I'll try that next time. I took my second dose of Fyre about 30 to 45 min before my workout.

    Ahhh, I see.

    I agree with carbs meals up to a point. I'm active as hell during the summer months when cutting and using E+C and eat more carbs than your average bear, but I would not eat a pure carbs meal before bed.
