How much protein is there in a slice of chicken breast? I mean the kind you get from a deli, where they give it to you in slices. Also how much protein is there in deli-style turkey breast?

4oz=approx 24g of protein.....you do the math. however, this is for a whole chicken breast. if it is that processed, sodium and preservative loaded packaged slices...it will be off
The goal of bodybuilding is not to be in competition with others, rather, to be in competition with oneself. We are all dealt a different set of circumstances and the true test of a champion is making the most of the situation you are faced with.

If your smart, you get in the stores
Carl BuddingHam (thin sliced deli) coems in a package of like 20-25 thin sliced ham, turkey, corned beef, chicken ... whatever you want it has..
11 slices (thin as hell, if you add them up its really only 2-3 thick slices....
get 16 grams of protien
Off a full package your getting around 32 grams of protien, i eat about 3 packets a day ...
ITS GREAT FOR BULKINGBlah....fill it in later..
