    what does ZMA do for YOU?

    i'm a relatively experienced teen bb, and recently picked up a bottle of ZMA after reading about it on the net, and reading some of youse guys threads bout it. Besides having weird dreams and stuff, I haven't really noticed any effects. I take it on an empty stomach right before bed, but I haven't seen a change in energy, strength, power, or anything related to bb. am i doing something wrong? what does it do for you? any help would be appreciated.

    it replinishes nutrients that are essential to bodybuilders and is supposed to increase test levels...dont expect huge gains from it you probabley arent doing anything wrong.

    It will raise your test levels but not to outrageous levels like some companies claim. Basically the more zinc defecient you are the more it will raise it. And it will only raise your test levels to a normal range.

    It will only raise ur test. levels to there normal point if there below. i just started taking it and i have been on a cycle for about 3 weeks now and my bench press Max actualy went up 10 pounds! who knows how long these gains will last but u cant expect to much from ZMA, every things going good exept i noticed a litle more acne

    I didn't notice a big jump, but considering how cheap zinc is I would rather guarantee I'm not deficient than save a few bucks.

    i noticed i had more energy when i was working out and a slight strenght gain also put on 5-7 pounds when i was on it but that was because of my diet at the time not the zma, but yeah its worth to buy it atleast once!!

    I haven't noticed much of a difference in anything except my sleep is better, which is probably good for gains anyways indirectly.

    hey instead of ZMA just buy a really good multivitamin, not the kind you see at stores but at an online store, for they have more of each vitamin and mineral. the multi i am takin Green Source, has lots lots of stuff in it and has 15 mcg of zinc (not enough) and 125 mg of mag, half of what EAS's ZMA has plus with the multi you get sooooo much more of what your body needs.

    naw multi vitamins contain calcium and that blocks off the zinc so it kinda cancels its self out

    yeah the first week of ZMA i found it hard to sleep but some time along the second week i started getting some good sleep and crazy dreams
