Hi all, I was just wandering if any of you knew what the european and or world dealift record for my weight class is?
I have googled it but it came up with several different answers ie.
Ruslan Vostrikov 305.5 pounds
Oleksandr Kutcher 312.5 pounds
and there were a few others. So i was just wandering if anyone knew the exact record(s) for the 75kg weight class?

its alot more than that. british record (under 23's) is 310kg or so. for the open its more. european/world will be a fair bit higher.Originally Posted by Febs

Every federation claims a world record, pick one and compete.75kg class
Competition lifts -Oct 14th, 2006 90kg class
Squat 550lbs
Bench 396lbs
Deadlift 540lbs
Oly Comps :

yeah i said it was 'around 300kg' Febs mate in another thread! Huge numbers in that link eggy. Check the numbers for girls weightlifting under 14s. Sick.

That's the top three deadlifts in the 75kg class. (1)360kg, (2)353.9kg, (3)340kg. It's reasonably fair to compare records between feds in the deadlift. Kutcher is certainly worthy of the top spot there, he'll break 800lbs very soon.

Damn! Five, those are some sick pulls. Wow!
That's the thing about the deadlift. It's weird how there isn't a massive difference in record poundages being pulled by a 140kg lifter and a 75kg lifter.Sam Parker
