is HIIT ok when I bulk as long as I make up for the caloric difference
I haven't done cardio in a month since I started bulking and it's killing me. I'm not sure why - may be the endorphins - but I enjoy doing cardio and I have a HIIT routine which I have made for my self that kicks my ass 3x a week. So I searched bb.com and found a crap load of threads with the words "cardio" and "bulk" in the title, but the answers were sporadic, ranging from people who said to not do cardio period, to people that say to curb it down, to people who say that as long as the caloric balance is made, which can be accomplished by eating an extra sandwhich, then it's fine.
My question is which one of these assertions are correct?
Also I am on the Ripptoes program for beginners mass building (this my 1st bulk) which means I squat every day. Would doing cardio have a detrimental effect on how much I can squat the next day?
