I've tried almost every weight gainer mentioned in this thread.
-The most inexpensive and works best, is homemade. Whey protein, NBP, steel cut oats, banana, maple syrup or honey, 1% milk.
Approximately 600-800 calories and apprx 50 grams protein. 3 times a day.

FOOD!!! and lots of it! MEAT AND RICE, every 2.5 hours. If your trying to add mass, eat 7-8 meals a day, 2 of them protein shakes, A good one I used that taste great and VERY Nutritious, is
50.gr of Whey Protien (Gold Standard, it has all the esentiall stuff BCAA,)
1 serv. of peanut Butter
1 Banana...( or strawberrys)
2 ice cubes
1 serv. Omega 3 Fatty Acids
try it out, the main thing is WHOLE food will help you gain mass, not weight gainers. EAt and EAT alot!, Lift HEavy!

I've heard good things about
Muscle juice (it is good stuff)
True mass by bsn
and cyto gainer, but cyto gainer wasn't that good imo. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as rich as I like em like muscle juice, that stuff is rich and packs on a few extra lbs, which I didn't get from cyto gainer. If anything, cyto gainer may have caused me to loose a few lbs from what I remember

CytoGainer Rockyroad is probably the best for multiple reasons. 1) The taste can't be beat. 2) The sugar content is nice and low. Add to that the fiber content and you have something that most other weight gainers don't have. 3) the protein to carb ratio isn't out of control. 4) The protein is whey, which is an excellent breakfast and post workout protein to get in your system fast.
