Gained 2.5lbs last week after starting real gains again. When I took it before, 1lb a week (give or take) gained with it when I used it before.

Who sold you Tren under the guise of HGH? That stuff is a straight up progesterone PH... No HGH there but deffinately a size gainer! Other than that I just tasted some Enor-Mass and its pretty good. Beyond the taste tho its time release protien with a carb complex that has 4 diff carbs instead of only having that dinosar maltodextrin. Its got the creatine and glutamine just like cytogainer, but an amount you will actually use, I mean who's body here assimilates 54g of whey in 45 min? Not mine.

To all those that keep replying with "EAT EAT EAT!!! Don't rely on supps!" What do you think I have been doing the last 29 years of my life? Eating, and it has failed in providing the results I desire. I eat until the point where my throat refuses to swallow another bite. Some of us were not gifted with the genetics of others. A 18-20 oz. shake that contains nearly 900cals per serving is much easier to down, especially with a meal that is the same size as before I started using the shakes. I've gained 8 lbs. in 2 and a half weeks. It is obviously working so I must be doing something right. This is not the nutrition forum... I do not have the time required to prepare, the patience, the funds, or any other means to eat steaks and potatoes twice a day every day. If you have a "Supplement" recommnedation, I would love to hear it as this is the "Supplement Wars" subsection. I will venture over to "Nutrition" if I want to clean up my diet. Let the flames begin.

weight gainers
I was taking the Cytogainer chocolate for a while until I learned that the 55g of protein they claim wasn't even getting absorbed because it only has whey protein in it. I switched to this new weight gainer called Enormass from Body Fuel and it taste really good. It taste better than nestle quick chocolate milk but most of all if has the whey proteins plus the slower digesting casiens and egg plus a good blend of complex carbs.

Cytogainer = Lean muscle mass
First of all everybody is different. I gained 20 lbs of lean muscle mass off of cytogainer and it tastes great. If you are not eating 6-8 healthy lean meals a day then forget about getting big. With the glutamine and creatine in cytogainer it doubles up for an amazing product.

Hey guys i've been using Muscle Juice for a while now (Only gainer I USED AND THE FIRST ONE) though I haven't been getting very good results with it. Is it because I don't drink the recommended serving 4 scoops (I take 3 scoops)? or is it because I don't drink it everyday? Though when I do workout (like 3 times per week) I always take it afterwards. Should I workout 5 times per week insted drinking 4 scoops afterwards?
Also I've been thinking about switching to quick mass, does anyone know if that'd be a good choice? Is quick mass better then muscle juice since quick mass has creatine in it?

Just finish going through 3 6lbs tub of cytogainer. Gained 5lbs in the first 2 weeks and barely anything after that. I think i started relying too much on it by drinking it to replace meals. I tried vanilla, chocolate mint, and strawberry flavors and i have to say chocolate mint is the best. Going to try Universal Real Gains next.

im sure somebody has already posted this but, i have to say N-Large2 and I****ss extreme gainer by ultimate nutrition are good. I****ss will give you that full feeling and look but be careful, try to only drink it after a workout and before bed, dont use it as meal replacement because you will just add fat. i dunno currently on cytogainer only because the flavor is better, once i switched. ilost about 3 pounds.

serious mass
I have been on ON serious mass for 6 days now.. taking full servings 3x a day with milk about 1500 cal. Im also taking M5 creatine from cellucor.. I have gone from 154.2 to 160.2 in 6 days.. I dont know if this is all due to the serious mass though because i have been eating like an animal 6x's perday about 4k to 4500 cal's and drinking between 1/2 to 1 gallon of water. but there u go roughly 6lbs in 6 days. I want to see how much i can gain in 1month eating the way i am and staying on these supps i will post back after 1mnth. my calandar is marked.

Just got my muscle juice yesterday. And people aren't kidding when they say it's sweet... but its not too bad. Just not like most other gainers. Kinda sucks because its been messing with my stomach quite a bit, but im hoping thats just because im sick right now.
But Ill keep track of my weight and post the difference when i'm done with the tub.

most of that is probably just fat, not to say your fat, but the amount of calories you are taking in, it would be impossible for it to be all muscle. trust me i gained 15 lbs in one month drinking a weight gainer 2x a day, but i think after stopping the weight gainer its only about 10lbs of muscle. just saying.

One should target 2 lbs max per week, .... surely??
I wanna gain weight, sure, but not turn myself into an instant lardass.
I would think that a high carb protein would do the trick.

yeah it is mostly fat but its fat i need.. im 5'11 1/2 close to 6feet. so 160 im still slim.. im hitting the weights lightly but still eating alot.. eventually i know i can turn it into muscle right now im just tired of being slim. I want a new frame..
lardlass.. lol nahh if you see me at 154-160 i look no different.. im currently doing massive ab work out to minimize it all going to my belly but like i said im building a new frame and just concentratin on being atleast 175-180 and working out along the way i know slowly but surely i'll turn it into muscle.. my ultimate goal is to be 195-200 by dec 25 as a xmas present to myself .. but i want to get to 170 quick and then gradually go up to the 180s and concentrate more on building muscle.. right now i need the fat.
