Try upping your intensity. My chest/legs/whatever are usually pretty sore the day following a workout, and the last thing I want to do is hit them again.

dont work them day after day it will do you no good

if you dont feel sore then thats no biggie as long as your keeping it intense, I used to get doms all the time.(delayed onset muscle soreness) but that has stopped after about 6 months of being serious working out and I am now going up every week in one thing or another on ripptoes and I am hella tired, but as long as you try your hardest, it doesnt matter if your sore

Yes it is bad, if you are working at a decent intensity. I recommend listening to McCree.

Maybe add bodyweight exercises to help you feel it.

ok this is ridiculous. I don't have the time right now to explain to you all how the body's muscular and nervous system work. Hopefully someone like John Prophet, mjw, viking man, ect. will come in here and help you all out. You all are wayyyyyyyy away from the boat.

Yup its bad. You can work out every day, just not the same bodyparts. If you're gonna be working out every day, just work one body part each day, thats how I do it.

try doing over 10 reps for all your sets and you'll see what I'm talking about. people don't get that soreness doesn't mean growth.
