BAD GASES(farts smell bad)question
Hey guys ever since I've been trying to bulk for a couple of weeks, i've been trying to eat a lot of protien enriched foods. Anyways, my farts smell like crap and i was wondering if anyone has the same problem. I mean my farts have only started stinking since I've started eating a lot. I'm I a freak or is this normal?

Nah i think this is because of the increase in protein. IT happens to all of use.

I'm not sure its due to the protein. For example, I started on a keto diet for a week and a half and all my stank ass farts went away. Once I started eating carbs and protein at the same time, people started clearing the room. For me, complex carbs + protein = disasster

farts arent supposed to smell good....i know what you mean though (they smell unusually bad). i had to stop eating as much protien as i was because i was goin to the bathroom 3 or 4 times a day everyday . its just wasnt worth it

weird...the only time i fart is after i've downed 4 or 5 glasses of milk (especially before bed)...damn that always hurts my tummy... lol..creates the nastiest smelling farts too

i must be the exception to the rule. i hardly ever fart anymore and i have the highest protein intake here. for me, the only problems i have is if i take a low grade whey concentrate protein. i used to have a terrible problem with flatulence a year ago but i think it was mainly the food they served at the college(bad chicken breasts, my guess). i never have a problem with it on a low carb diet, though.

Man, you lucky ntrmuscle. I always am having to fart and my family and freinds just think I am some nasty guy, but I tell them it is because of my protein intake but they don't believe it.
