    Moving to a 4-day Split Next Week

    Does the following make sense, if I want to incorporate a depletion workout on Friday?

    Sunday/Monday - Workout
    Tuesday - Rest/Cardio
    Wednesday/Thursday - Workout
    Friday - Depletion Workout + Carb Up
    Saturday - Rest/Cardio, Carb Up ends

    Yeah that works out just fine. Very similar to my 4 day split, except I deplete and carb up all on Saturday.

    How you splitting the muscle groups?

    I'll be doing month 4 of Todd Opheim's full year workout (as found on bb.com). In reality, now that I think of it, it's a 3 day split, but involves 4 workout days. So, I'll be rotating Back/Bi's, Chest/Shoulders/Tri's, Legs/Abs through the course of the month.
