why do i experience a lot of pressure on my elbows whenever i do tricep exercises? (especially overhead tricep extensions). and recently i felt pain in the left elbow when i used the machine that simulated overhead tricep extensions and in certain overhead shoulder exercises.any1 knows what injury i have suffered and how long should i lay off? i don't feel such pain or pressure when doing bicep exercises like preacher's or hammer curls.
