I've been gaining 1-2 lbs a week on this clean bulk, it was my first actual bulk, before this I spent like 6 months cutting down from almost 300 lbs FFAAATTT and with gyno, I still have some gyno left over but i guess its not that bad.
Ok so lately i've been getting really tired of stuffing myself with food, like i'm just starting to get disgusted with having to eat so much... and I dont have the same motivation to look at food and eat it even if i'm not hungry, so I figure i should start cutting back down again and hopefully get under 10%?
Or what? wutcha guys think? Constructive criticism would be appreciated.
oh and what BF% would you guys say i'm at atm

its an optical illusion, in a pic relative to myself i may not look like i weigh 275 lbs, but if you stand me next to somebody else who works out, you notice a huge difference in muscle sizes. if you don't get the idea, I wear a size 16 shoe, on my body, that shoe looks fairly normal, but if you put my foot next to somebody elses, you would notice its actually a bigge footLast edited by drizzo; 09-23-2006 at 08:15 PM.

Good to see another tall guy posting on the boards. (i'm 6'3)
I'd bulk some more if I were you, You are looking good, Adding some more mass before cutting is what you want to do really since you are not looking flabby or overweight from your bulk.
What are your stats?
Impressive lifts aswell, Keep it up!

alright well thanks guys, I guess i'll keep bulking to january or febuary, maybe even march, I've never been ripped so I want to try and get ripped at some point... and I live in Miami so its shirtless/beach/pool season for all but 3 months of the year, we have very short winters that are only really cold for december and january and sometimes they get kinda cold in febuary...
Cutting sucks =(

I'd rather be 5'5 and 200 pounds at 14% bodyfat than 6'5 275 at 14 any day of the week.
Why? Because I'll actually look like a bodybuilder.
You ****ing tall guys need to stfu already with your excuses, yeah you have to eat more, yeah you have longer limbs. Stop crying, because every other day you experiance the benefits of being tall. Muscularity is simply not one of them, sorry.
There are pros and cons, in the world of bodybuilding, yeah you have it a bit worse off. But I'll be damned before some guy says that THAT physique looks better than someone 5'5 and jacked, look up C-Money... 5'7 190lbs lean and he looks MARGINALLY larger than both of you. But hey, if you'd rather just be tall, that's your dime.
Just stfu already with your ego trips, because for all your rants you still don't look as impressive in the gym as the 5'5 jacked guy unless you're as proportional as he is, end of story.
I am sick of the redundant nature of this circular argument.
Threadstarted, that is a good physique for your age considering your height. You have potential to go far.
