I gain fat relatively easily, i burn it..at a moderate pace, and i gain muslce relatively slowly..my shoulders are wide, my arms and legs are long and skinny and my hips are wide too.... im currently 152 pound and 6'1.

Man, by the way you're talking, you just need to gain muscle. Don't worry about a little bit of fat, when you gain muscle it will become less noticeable, and do some cardio at the same time and it will go away. If you just start burning fat and don't try to gain muscle, then when you do try to gain muscle you're just going to get that fat back.
