    Question what body type am i?

    I gain fat relatively easily, i burn it..at a moderate pace, and i gain muslce relatively slowly..my shoulders are wide, my arms and legs are long and skinny and my hips are wide too.... im currently 152 pound and 6'1.

    152 at 6'1 is an ecto body but no one is only one body type your always a mixture but you need to gain weight.

    Ecto-Endo is contradictory.

    Man, by the way you're talking, you just need to gain muscle. Don't worry about a little bit of fat, when you gain muscle it will become less noticeable, and do some cardio at the same time and it will go away. If you just start burning fat and don't try to gain muscle, then when you do try to gain muscle you're just going to get that fat back.

    You're probably just skinny-fat. The fat be less noticeable since proper exercise and diet will help burn it while you simultaneously build muscle.

    this is a pic of me flexing.....i dont look very jiggly..at least i hope..but...when im playin sports and i just i jiggle..Not like HUGE jiggle..but..just a ..little bit..and..it bothers me..so..should i do cardio while im on my rippetoes program?

    Any combination is contradictory, this person has both ecto and endo traits, very possible. There are many determining factors that go into body type.

    so....cardio 2 or 3 days a week and rippetoes..would that be good for me to lose some of the fat and gain muscles?
