Can I eat peanut butter if I am try to lose body fat? I don't eat a lot of fat eavery day, probably 20 grams or less. I've heard that all natural peanut butter is good, but where can i get it?
Would some peanut butter on wheat breat and a glass of skim milk be a good snack when trying to cut up?

I have Natural PB for snacks. (I'm on Keto and PB helps alot!!)
In USA you can buy it in grocery stores.
Here in Brazil its impossible to find Natural PB, so I make my own.
I buy the peanuts, roast them, and then grind them (sometimes I add some salt).
i don't think bread is a good idea while cutting up, I stay away from bread on this phase."I have no idols, I admire hard work, dedication, and competence. " - Senna
