    Question Peanut butter and cutting...

Can I eat peanut butter if I am try to lose body fat? I don't eat a lot of fat eavery day, probably 20 grams or less. I've heard that all natural peanut butter is good, but where can i get it?

Would some peanut butter on wheat breat and a glass of skim milk be a good snack when trying to cut up?

A tablespoon of natural peanut butter is very good for you while cutting because of the healthy fat oils in it. The snack you are suggesting is not so ideal for while cutting. Try some cottage cheese with an apple instead.

Why people have decided there is something magic in peanut butter while on a diet I have no idea. I suspect its the usual thing by where people want to justify eating something that tastes good by inventing some effect they want, like bodybuilders who take Nubain because it "makes them dry." Anyway, No, there is nothing special in peanut butter for fat loss and the fats in there are not even useful for fat loss as other fats, say flax oil and fish oils are, but hey, this dont taste like peanut butter....

I have Natural PB for snacks. (I'm on Keto and PB helps alot!!)

In USA you can buy it in grocery stores.

Here in Brazil its impossible to find Natural PB, so I make my own.

I buy the peanuts, roast them, and then grind them (sometimes I add some salt).

i don't think bread is a good idea while cutting up, I stay away from bread on this phase.

You can eat anything while cutting, just keep it in moderation.
Peanut butter is great, though. You should be able to find the natural kind in just about every grocery.
