    Studies that have shown training everyday hinders muscle gain?

    People always say that a muscle needs more than 24 hours of rest before you can train it again because gain's will be hindered or at the very worst you won't make gains at all. Can anybody link any studies that have actually showed this to be true?

    Studies arent neccessarily the best guide for things like this. Its so hard to control the variables with teh test population. caveat emptor.
