I did once and look what happened - 30% BF

    No problem.

Don't forget to cycle off NO-X for 2-4 weeks after each tub!

GLAD to have found this thread...

Hi all. Yes, I'm new here.... HOWDY!

I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been feeling flat in the gym lately and am looking into the NO type products. My goal is to drop about 6% BF (currently at 18.4%) and add some lean muscle mass over the next 14 weeks.

The reviews for NO-Xplode are so incredible... why wouldn't I just take that? Well, I'm very sensitive to stimulants (no caffeine in my diet currently). It appears that Nitrix doesn't have the stimulants in it (but I'm an idiot when it comes to supplement info).

Or, would the SAN V-12 be a better option, considering my stimulant sensitivity?

I'm currently taking whey, BCAA (Dymatize 4800) pre and post workout, and glutamine post workout. Should I incude a creatine type product in addition to my current supplements? What about adding l-carnitine for the fat burn?

I hope I'm not overloading y'all here. I really want to learn more about the whole supplement world and what works best for me.

    Thanks for the input!

    Definately add creatine.
    Forget about the L-carnitine.

    Supplement Basics:
    MULTIVITAMIN: NOW Vit-Min
    WHEY PROTEIN: Dymatize Elite
    FISH OIL: NOW Omega-3
    CREATINE: Creatine Monohydrate

I would go with SAN Fierce over V-12 & NO-Xplode.

Thanks for the info boyscout. Why the San Fierce? Does it have less caffiene/stimulants?

    Thanks again...
What do you mean I can't eat that? Why isn't it on my meal plan?

    It's a more well-rounded product than V-12 and NO-X.

Yes, it has caffeine. How much? Don't know, it's a prop blend. My guess would be 100-200mg per scoop.

It should give you strength (creatine) + focus (nootropics) + energy (stimulant complex that includes caffiene) + pumps (arginine + ornithine) + endurance (beta alanine).

    Question

Hey guys!! What about taking NO Exp during contest prep/cut (about 12 weeks out). I was told not to take it during this time since it's creatine based.???? I've been on it about a month and a 1/2 and am scared i won't have as intense wo's without it in a few weeks when i'll be 12wks out. ANy input would be great!!
steaming oats + vanilla protein mixed = my substitute for eating cake batter from the bowl!!!

The miracle is right around the corner...so never give up!

Switch to SuperPump250, blue raspberry flavor.

If you need a "brain boost," Focus XT is worth a shot too.

    Tried the Blue Raspberry

Hi all. I tried BSN NO Xplode yesterday for the first time. I got the Blue Raspberry. I agree with a previous poster that the effervessence (sp?) made it much worse. It was very sweet. I really liked it, it did give me a lot of energy which I need seeming how I lift in the evenings now. The only thing I didn't like about it and this might be controllable was the fact that I felt really really full after I drank it. Like I ate too much, but I took it on an empty stomach. So perhaps having took it on an empty stomach was the reason for this feeling???

I will definitely keep taking it until I start to cut in March for my show. I saw that SuperPump250, but it also had a prop blend that included creatine mono. So is the amount a lot less in the SuperPump250 I assume that is why it would be OK to take on a cut?

    Thanks for any feedback.

you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach so that shouldnt be the problem for feeling like you ate to much. do you know if no-explode will mess with hormones or anything like that?

I've just ordered a tub of no-xplode myself after reading so many great reviews - this being the first time i've taken a supplement of this kind. I'm just wondering how long before a workout you should take it?

First things first, I suggest trying half a serving first, to gauge tolerance.

The general recommendation is 30-45 minutes preworkout, on an empty stomach.

With that said, you are free to "play" around with different dosage protocols. (That means you can try taking it with food too).

Find what works best for you .

What about working out in the am? I don't like to lift on an empty stomach, but don't want to get up an hour earlier just to eat something and space it out from the NO XPLODE. What do those of you who workout in the morning do about the food/supplement thing.

As soon as you wake up, have a shake of milk+whey+oats... wait 10-20min, have your NO-X, then go to the gym.

I have been on No Exp for almost 5 weeks and LOVE it! Like what everyone has said-it does exactly what it says it does. I combined it with Halovar and have noticed huge strength increases. One precaution though is sometimes I find myself pushing my lifts too hard and too heavy because I have the energy to do it, but my body isn’t there yet…understand? Just be careful if you are lifting heavy, my mind tells me that I can but my body can’t physically get there yet. Caused some problems in my elbows and shoulders. But it is amazing supplement-I won’t lift without it.

    Talking Creatine

Creatine Mono can make some people feel bloated. If this is the case you may want to try AST Micronized Creatine. It's flavorless so you can mix it in anything, in-expensive and you get over 100 servings. I recommend buying your supplements on line than in the store. It's cheaper by far. Also, I recommend that you take Glutamine at least 3x's a day to help keep your HGH levels up and to prevent your body from going into a catabolic state. Be sure to take it before bed since that's when your body repairs it's self. Mix it in a protein shake (To really help your muscles grow)or just in a glass of water. It's flavorless as well.

1- this is the best deal on creatine i've found so far, from supplement direct

    CREATINE: Creatine Monohydrate

2- for us (healthy bodybuilders), glutamine doesn't do what you say it will do.

    Leucine is FARRRRRRR superior.

I'd recommend taking Creatine Ethyl Ester instead of Monohydrate... I just bought a bottle of CE2 by MRI a couple weeks ago and I am loving it. (I was taking another ethyl ester a while back but it tasted nasty so i decided to move to the pill form) Generally they say that CEE is better for women because it doesnt cause excess water to be held around the muscle like creatine monohydrate can.

Taking CEE over mono is a personal choice. There are zero studies proving the advantage of CEE over mono. All claims of CEE are based on mono studies .

CE2 by MRI is insanely overpriced.

    For CEE caps, go with:

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/****/cr2.html

For CEE caps + NO boosters, go with:

Ok....after reading everyone's responses I'm gonna start taking this myself.

    My husband takes it already.

    I have a question:
Do any of you break out while taking this supplement??

    Ttc?

Just wondering if use of No Xplode will affect my chances of TTC? I know there is a caveat on the bottle, but maybe its just there like Starbucks has a warning for extremely hot beverage.

    any thoughts??

I had a question. I have been taking the no xplode and I feel like my face is starting to break out a little. IS this something anyone ele has experienced or could it just be the stress of my lame divorce lol or both?

I'm 21 too! I take it all the time & it works great for me!
If it gives you an energy boost & works well for you definitely keep using it! You won't get big & bulky!

Lightbulb N.O. Gives Me a Pump

I am a male, and one of the reasons I love N.O. is because it has creatine in it, which will make you gain a little water weight, temporarily adding a little bulk. N.O. on its own does not have enough creatine in it to give you the real effects of bulking that a full creatine supplement would give you, nonetheless it does have creatine in it. Wikipedia says, "Creatine supplements are used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, sprinters, and others who wish to gain muscle mass, typically consuming 2 to 3 times the amount that could be obtained from a very-high-protein diet.[12]" If I were looking to get a good pump and preworkout energy and focus like N.O. provides me, but was worried about the effects of creatine on my build, I would look into other preworkout supplements without creatine. BSN who makes N.O. also makes other preworkout products without creatine and some with more creatine. Other manufacturers also make similar products. My main point is that the reason I like N.O. over some of the other preworkouts that don't have creatine, like jack3d, animal rage, or c4, is that N.O. gives me more of a pump, or swelling of my muscles during and after I lift. It makes me look a little bigger than the other products do. Some other products can give you the same focus and energy without the pump.

What is everyone's take on 1MR? I have tried both that and NO Xplode. Personally I liked the 1MR better, but found both were good. I had to be careful about taking either for my late day workouts because they keep me up half the night!
