How do I make a kick ass sandwhich?

Alright so I take some turkey deli meat, maybe 5-6 slices put it between 2 slices of wheat bread and add some cheese, and lo and behold it doesn't taste good at all and all the ingredients keep falling out. Not to mention that it's really small, any ideas

yeh, sandwich making has been second nature to me since i was like 5... lol

anyway i dunno man... get a bread you like... cheese you like...mustard or light mayo you like, or whatever condiment you like and dip it in it... fresh veggies, possibilities are endless...

subway isn't very high q sandwiches, and there bread tastes good b/c its not true wheat bread.

i eat ezekiel...which... lot of ppl don't go for

but for a turkey sammich, try pepp farm 15 grain, or brownberry health nut, or this other kina health nut... find the textured taste goes good with turkey.

I think before you progress to more than 2 ingredients without the filling falling out, you need to practice more, then we can add more to the sandwich.

Try this, real chicken breast with roasted red pepper and basil with a garlic aioli instead of mayo.........then we can talk about getting more complicated.
One problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.

you want to use the premium bread, probably fresh from a bakery. put some jack cheese on it, smoked turkey from deli, bacon, tomatoes (salt and peper on), lettuce, grilled peppers if you got em, pickles, onions, mayo and brown mustard/honey mustard and you should be good.

Toast two pieces of bread and put some low fat mayo on both slices. Add sliced avocado to one of the pieces of bread. On the other, put a slice of white american or swiss cheese, and then load up the turkey on top of that. Grind some fresh black pepper over the whole mess and then slap the two halves of the sandwich together.

    Cool

hi, former sandwich artist here, I think a real important step in making a great tasting sandwhich is to obviously first spread the condiment like the mayo, then put the cheese next and finally the meat, so when you take a bite you get a nice hint of the cheese first (which is my favorite part). I don't know why but I always like to cut my sandwhich in half, it seems like it last longer too. Most of the time cold sandwhiches will do for me since i'm always in a hurry, but toasting it once in awhile like quiznos style is highly recommened. Try turkey and swiss, ham and american cheese, even roast beef with provolone cheese...mmmm...damn i think i'm about to make one right now
