Would 200 grams of protein be about right for me?
I am:
17 years old
Male
145 pounds
Endo Meso morph
I am going on my first bulk..I am not sure if I am supposed to multiply bodyweight by 1.25 or 1.5 or even 2.0 for ideal protein consumption in a bulk

Just make sure you're getting in at least 1g per pound of bodyweight, I'd shoot for 150-200.

200 sounds good try it for awhile then adjust it if you think its to much

Here it goes:
1gr - everyone
1.5gr - amateur athletes
2gr - Pros
If I was you, and I am 140lbs, I would go for at least 1.5. For a clean bulk I would try to stay between 1.5-2, and probably closer to 2.
