Hi guys! I was checking out wwe.com and I saw that John Cena is on de Flex Magazine. It said that he only does deadlifts, pushups, pullups, and lateral pull downs. I want to be like John Cena. Can anyone make me routine like his?

Your body grows as a whole. Your biceps and triceps do not grow on their own terms. They grow along with the back and chest during natural, compound motions. The reason they are the size they are is because over many thousands of years they have evolved into that based on their functions in the body. Rippetoe understands this better than you or I do. Trust me you think his clients dont want big arms? Of course they do along with everything else. It's not a "strength" program. You grow by consistanly adding weight to the bar on the big lifts. Period. Rippetoes program accomplishes this.
I would also do ripp's program.*Ron Paul 2008*

I am not doubting he is natural and I am not saying he is on roids, but what does being the WWE champ have to do with anything?
The matches are set up and it is all fake. So it is not like taking steroids would give him an advantage over his opponent.
Now if you were talking UFC that would be a different story, not that no on in the UFC is on steroids, but at least it is real.

Oh God, WWE?
To the OP, you're not Cena. Use a proper routine.Friendship b/w women:
A woman doesn't come home one night. The next day she tells her husband she slept over at a girlfriend's place. Her husband calls 10 of her best friends. None know anything about it.
Friendship b/w men:
A man doesn't come home one night. The next day he tells his wife he slept over at a friend's place. His wife calls 10 of the husband's best friends. 8 of them confirm he slept over, the other 2 claim he's still there.

about wwe wrestlers and steroids, Tripple H is/used to be swole as hell and he is all natural. I watch wwe and have seen John Cena's body transform over the past year, he looks crazy, google past and present pics of him.
