How you doing guys,
Ive been working about for about 4 months serious, i am currently bulking how do you think my Bicep progress is, can u see a difference and also how many inches do you think they are.
Don't think bicep is the only thing i workout hehe, i work my biceps just like any other muscle which is once a week.
The top picture is Before (3Months Ago) and the bottom one is After(2Days ago)

Ill be honest, it looks like the pictures been skewed vertically in the bottom picture, i mean cmon, ure forearm has shrunk a LOT during he time ure arms were growing, does that seem right? give me a break...
