Hello people!
Well i wanna start improving the quality of my sleep. I find that most nights my neck's uncomfortable on my pillow, and at times (like today) i even wake up with a wry neck
So i think it's time to stop buying $8 pillows and invest in a good quality one.
Anyone got any suggestions???

Improving your sleep with pillowwraps
Try using Pillowwraps pillowcases on your regular pillows. This will turn it into an open ended bolster pillow. You can elevate your head, legs and feet. It also cushions the various parts of the body. I use to have neck problems, as well as my arms and legs falling asleep. With Pillowwraps, I don’t have that problem anymore. You can order them at pillowwrapsinc.com

My parents got me one of these for Christmas:

...have slept like a baby ever since.
Worth every penny... (though I'm sure there are probably equally awesome off-brand pillows that do the same thing? I don't even know which model of Tempurpedic I got... I just know it is awesome.)¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I ain't even mad.

The quality of the Mattress and Pillow matters a lot.
We, fitness enthusiasts, know the importance of sleep in the process of muscle recovery, and growth.
This is time to get rid of those uncomfortable and stiff 10$ pillows. It does not worth it to save a few bucks and compromise on your fitness and muscular development.
Get a high-quality Pillow and get the most out of your sleep.
