A Good Pillow??

Hello people!

Well i wanna start improving the quality of my sleep. I find that most nights my neck's uncomfortable on my pillow, and at times (like today) i even wake up with a wry neck

So i think it's time to stop buying $8 pillows and invest in a good quality one.

Anyone got any suggestions???

i had the same prob for awhile. i went to target or tj max or something and got the thickest pillow they have. its uncomfortable for a few nights, but once u get used to it, you'll sleep much better

i got a latex foam pillow, cost about $60, but I love it.
totally worth it to me.
