Note: I get all supplements for cheap so im trying some controversial supps as well (CLA, L-Carnitine, Anator P70)
I take Injectible Methyl B12 Monday's and Thursdays in the AM
Morning:
Pre-Breakfast: L - Carnitine 1g, CLA 2g, Green Tea Extract
Post-Breakfast/Pre W/O: Animal Pak, L-Arginine (5g), CE2 (2 caps)
Post W/O: Anator P70, CE2 (2 caps)
BCAA's Before/During Practice
Pre-Bed: Glutamine 5g, GABA 3-5g
Is this gonna work? Should my second serving of CE2 be immediately after w/o or later before practice?
