I was just wondering what was the "latest" as far as creatine cycling. I have heard that it is not necessary, but it seems that your body would find a way to "normalize" it's creatine level over time if it is not cycled. Can anyone speak on this?

Though it hasn't been shown to cause problems when taken long term, you may be able to get better long-term results by cycling.
should go something like this
week 1: creatine loading phase 20-30g/day
week 2-4: creatine maintanance phase 10g/day
week 5-8:no creatine~You don't talk smack. You just lift. To get fired up, your training partner slaps you in the face. We're not talking bitch slaps, but slaps so hard your ears start ringing. If it wasn't for the ringing, you might hear a stream of cuss words and insults heaved your way. This is what you call motivation. This is what drives you. You expect a lot out of yourself.
