"It is time. The time to leave all your happiness outside this door. The time to bring in all your troubles, all your fear, and all your anger and harness them inside your soul. It is time to enter the war room. Time to put on a serious face and state of mind. Gentlemen,
IT'S TIME TO LIFT!"

"Breaking Away" It got me on a bike and pedeling my @ss off for real. I dropped from ~180lb to 135lb and held it near there for about 5 year. I got mildly anerexic at the same time, but putting in a couple hundered miles a week had definite effect too. I found out i didn't have to be fat... I never saw what I wanted to in the mirror because I lost a a lot muscle with the fat and was still soft and flabby. I did it twice the first time I got sick and winter set in before I got back to riding... the second was ended by taking a bad fall off the bike and smashing my shoulder bad enough that it will never be right again (It makes working shoulders a problem). Job stress and travelling for work got me to 240lb. I'm working on getting to about 160lb 12%bf, I'm about half way there and I can start the see the me that I want to be starting saw... at last...
