So im stim sensitive and wanted to get down right rediculous i want my abs to have abs so i put together this stack with all the good stuff and none of the stims that make me crazy. By the way im allready in decent shape and at least 10% BF if not less Im an ecto body type being 6 foot 7 and 210 pounds.

I am following the traditional high protien, low fat, and moderate timed carb diet focusing the bulk of my carbs int eh mourning and pre and post workout.

weighted crunches (25 lb plate) 3x15 on swiss ball.
No carbs after 6:30 and no more beer! damnit...And no oreos either I think ill kill myself now.
I dont follow at black and white diet i liek to switch it up and have fun, i stay 6-8 small meals all high protien only whole grain carbs, fibrous vegetables and lean meats. Like this mourning Im having a whole grain quesodia with lean ground beef eggs whole grain tortilla fat free velveta queso red pepper (thermo) and some fruit its delicious and breaks down as folllows

First day... time to kick ass and take some names got up around 7:15 took two supercuts and one relora. got dressed and then did some sprinting for some early hit cardio. by the way supercuts is the biggest pill ive ever seen inmy entire life its like 3 of my multivitamins stacked on top of each other!
Post cardio I sucked down some whey and oats to start the mourning.
Breakfast-kickass pancakes with oats, egg whites, fruit, then i made a protien shake icing with just enough milk to half a scoop of on vanilla to make it goopy like icing pretty good.
2caps vaporize
1cap green tea
Midday- Maxmilk chocolate shake and some almonds

Quite the contrar, i allready lifted heavy and bulked and i gained about 25 pounds a lean 25 pounds so im going to do a quick cut and experiment to find the best non stim fat burning stack to use. after a 4-6 week cut i will rebulk and start another cee powerfull/cissus stack and up to around 4000-5000 calories.
Also keep in mind im a track athlete so im not looking to be flex or arnold ya feel me.Currently exploiting: food

alright back to the biz i was quite tired today at work so i may up my calories little bit.
